The strating point for VI examples is the LabVIEW ones located in "<LabVIEW>:examples"

Some facts:

The call for the meeting to create the User Group appeared in the Flash Informatique (7/1992, p.8) in French
The paper about the EPFL LabVIEW User Group creation appeared in the Flash Informatique (3/1993, p.15) in French
The first paper about LabVIEW at EPFL appeared in the Flash Informatique (4/1992, p.1 ) in French
The highest number of attendees was about 100 on the 5th December 1995 for the presentation of LV 4, 6 people from NI headquarter came to EPFL, see the report in Flash Informatique (1/1996, p.12, pdf) in French
The EPFL LabVIEW news group (news://epfl.comp.labview) started during the winter 1995, the oldest stored post was asking the availability of LabVIEW 4 and its PCI DAQ Driver for the Mac.
The initial user group web pages were part of the IA server (3/31/1995), since December 1999 the EPFL user group can be directly accessed via (http://labview.epfl.ch)
